Had my consultation today with Summer and Dr. Jacobs. Both were super friendly, super helpful to help ease my nerves as an adult getting braces. They made me very comfortable & really made me happy to choose this establishment for my braces journey!! 10/10 will recommend to everyone!

Had a great visit summer made us feel very welcomed. She eased my son mind about the process and help walk us through the details of the payments and the process of what was going to be done!! My son was very happy with the staff and summer she made him feel comfortable! She also helped with an insurance issue that she didn’t have to I am sure but she did!! The dentist was also very welcoming and explained what would be best for my son.

First visit there today. Summer was just FANTASTIC with my 8 year old who was a tad nervous. The Doctor was wonderful too. Going to make her care a lot easier. Her exact words when we left were “They’re so nice to us”

They have been so friendly, time efficient, and attentive. They call me by my name and are super personal! As an adult with braces I am so glad that I came here. I live in downtown Chattanooga and gladly drive the distance here to get great customer service and grand results!
