Once our doctor and patient have decided on a course of action, the first aligners will be created using a 3D printer that prints the appliance using a thermoplastic that provides unfailing comfort. A new set of clear aligners will be printed every two weeks with slight adjustments made to shift the teeth closer to the position shown in the projected desired smile.
